Working in partnership with the National Park Service Rivers Trails and Conservation Assistance Program, members of the Ascutney Outdoors non-profit organization contacted MajaDesign to develop a plan for an interactive outdoor trail that would include wayside displays and low-maintenance interactive features at each interpretive stop.
The team at the Ascutney Outdoors wanted to formalize the new trail with high-quality interpretive panels describing the importance of conservation and the area’s ecological features. They turned to MajaDesign for the development of exhibits and interactive features and iZone for High Pressure Laminate sign panels, which were utilized for their extreme durability, ease of maintenance, and 10-year warranty, ensuring enjoyment of the trail for residents and visitors for many years to come.
Special thank you to Jennifer Waite of the National Park Service Rivers Trails and Conservation Assistance Program, who was an invaluable partner in the project, offering great ideas for the signage content and interactive exhibits.
