About Us

Since 2003, iZone Imaging has been the leading manufacturer of Custom High Pressure Laminate (CHPL) panels. Our fully integrated facility in Central Texas handles printing, pressing, and finishing of high pressure laminates. iZone HPL offers unlimited design and branding opportunities because it is durable, easy-to-clean, and available in a variety of finishes and thicknesses. Our panel products resist fading, scratching, and graffiti, making them ideal for both interior and exterior applications such as signage, museum exhibits, and decorative surfaces.

Custom High Pressure Laminate (CHPL)

Our CHPL products are created by layering high-resolution printed graphics and proprietary overlays with a core of phenolic resin-impregnated Kraft paper. As the melamine resin flows, it permeates the digital print, consolidating all materials into a single panel of thermoset plastic.
